Welcome to RSI
Residential Services Inc. (RSI) is a private, non-profit organization located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina that provides living options and related supports to people of all ages with developmental disabilities.
RSI was founded in 1974 by a group of professionals at the University of North Carolina, and today serves a population of over 120 adults and children in 16 residences and our new Spring Glen Retirement Community.
