2019 Annual Fund Letter
Dear Friend of RSI,
RSI is a local, nonprofit organization that provides essential services and valuable supports to people with developmental disabilities. We are deeply proud of the milestones we have reached and successes we have achieved for 45 years with your support, and we are steadfast in looking to the future as we continually strive to improve, diversify, and grow our programs in response to the needs of our community.
Please consider supporting our mission by contributing to our Security Fund as you conduct your year-end financial planning. RSI’s Security Fund helps to ensure that RSI can continue to provide security to the individuals and families we currently serve; to improve and develop new services; and to fulfill our long-term commitment of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with excellence and integrity.
Another exciting way to support RSI and our commitment to excellence and innovation is to invest in our workforce. Over 250 RSI employees make a difference every day in the lives of the people we support by building relationships and providing the essential support for each individual to live a happy, fulfilling, and active life in their home and community. Our employees are critical to RSI’s success, and RSI needs additional resources to make more substantial investments to nurture and strengthen them through appreciation and development. Your gift, designated for employee appreciation, is a wonderful way to say “thank you” for the dedicated work of RSI employees and will aid in caring for them by helping to ensure the continuance of funding throughout the year for appreciation events, gifts, and recognition awards. Your gift, designated for employee development and training, will help RSI attract, stimulate, and keep the best people.
100% of your tax-deductible donation goes to support local services and helps assure that RSI can continue to grow, improve, and fulfill our long-term commitment to excellence and innovation as we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities into the future.
On behalf of our Board of Directors and employees, thank you for your generous support!
