Company Profile
Residential Services Inc. (RSI) is a private, non-profit organization headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina that provides living options and related supports to people of all ages with developmental disabilities.
RSI was founded in 1974 by a group of professionals at the University of North Carolina and today serves a population of over 120 adults and children in 16 residences and our Spring Glen Retirement Community. In addition to our focus on residential options, we also provide an array of vocational options.
Moving Forward with PBH
OPC, the current Local Management Entity (LME) for Orange, Person, and Chatham Counties, will become a part of the PBH Managed Care Organization on April 1, 2012. The CAP-MR/DD Waiver will also become the new Cardinal Innovations Waiver. See PBH Waiver Expansion FAQs for more information on the many changes that will result.

Life Options operates the Rockin' and Rollin' Bookstore on Amazon. We're running out of books to list! If you have any books you're finished with, please send them our way.
You can bring books to RSI's main office at 111 Providence Road in Chapel Hill. If you tell us the value of the books, we'll send you a tax-deductible receipt!
