Direct Supports Coordinator

Shift leader providing supervision to staff and supports to residents in program. Communicate and interact with other clinical professionals to develop and implement plans so that residents may lead self-directed lives and participate fully in their home and community environments. Teach daily living skills and provide direct personal care to residents. Plan and implement diverse and appropriate resident-directed recreational activities.

Various schedules available:

Either Sun.-Thurs. or Tues.-Sat. 2nd shift; $26,000/yr.
OR
3-11pm plus overnight sleep shifts Wed.-Sat./Sun or Sat./Sun.-Wed. $31,000/yr.
