Direct Support Professional (Full-Time)

This is a great way to use your degree in psychology, social work, or any other human services field!  There is no experience needed but we are looking for enthusiastic people to work with residents with developmental disabilities.  This is not only a rewarding job but will also look great on your resume!  2^nd shift (2-10pm)  positions Tues.-Sat. or Sun. – Thurs.  $10.20/hour plus benefits!!

$10.10/hour. Teach life skills to residents and work with them on achieving personal goals. Help plan recreational activities that are fun and engaging for residents. Gain valuable experience with RSI and make a difference in the lives of others.

Direct Support Professional 3rd Shift

Entry-level position available assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals.  Various nights available 10pm-8am.  $10.10 for part-time and $10.20 plus benefits for full-time.

Direct Supports Coordinator

Shift leader providing supervision to staff and supports to residents in program. Communicate and interact with other clinical professionals to develop and implement plans so that residents may lead self-directed lives and participate fully in their home and community environments. Teach daily living skills and provide direct personal care to residents. Plan and implement diverse and appropriate resident-directed recreational activities.

Various schedules available:

Either Sun.-Thurs. or Tues.-Sat. 2nd shift; $26,000/yr.
OR
3-11pm plus overnight sleep shifts Wed.-Sat./Sun or Sat./Sun.-Wed. $31,000/yr.

Summer Positions!

We are currently looking for individuals interested in working from May 14- August 16 in our school-aged children's Summer Program as Direct Support Professionals.
Our summer internship positions are a great way to build your resume while also helping people. No experience is necessary, but if you are studying towards a degree in psychology, sociology, nursing, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, therapeutic recreation, or a related field this would be an excellent job for you! Our summer positions $10.10 an hour.

We will hold an information session on Friday 2/17 at 1pm at our main office (111 Providence Rd. Chapel Hill, NC 27514). This session is open to anyone interested in working for our summer program.
