Life Options begins Towel Service
Life Options launched its newest business, today, a towel service. Workout towels will be available to members of Rapid Results Fitness during workouts and bath towels are available for those after workout showers. Tim and Adam went to the fitness center today to meet Betsy (owner) and set up the new towel station. Betsy is sending an "e-blast" to all of her members, telling them about the new towel service and about Life Options. Plans are underway to add new businesses to this new service.
Staff Appreciation 2010
Life Options products were featured at the 2010 Staff Appreciation event on November 19, 2010. The LO Rockin and Rollin Bookstore received a generous donation of over 700 books from the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties which were made available for sale to RSI staff. Jewelry, dog biscuits, holiday ornaments, and greeting cards were sold to RSI staff wishing to get a head start on their holiday shopping.
Life Options Products in a store near you!
Life Options jewelry, ornaments, and cards are now being sold in several local businesses. Ornaments have been sold at A-1 Salon in Durham during the holiday season; this will be the third year at this location.
New in 2010, jewelry and ornaments are being sold at the "NC Craft Gallery" in Carrboro (in photo, Lisa brings products to owner, Sarah, for sale in the store). Life Options jewelry is sold at "Twig" in Chapel Hill. Efforts continue to locate additional businesses to sell Life Options products.
Pig Picking 2010
Life Options participated in the 2010 Pig Pickin by selling products. Jewelry, dog biscuits, holiday ornaments, greeting cards, and a selection of holiday books (from the LO Rockin and Rollin bookstore) were available to Pig Pickin guests. Rodney, Toni, and Lisa worked in shifts along with Life Options staff to sell products and introduce the RSI community to our newest creations.
Life Options Products
Life Options is proud to launch several new products for sale. In past years we have made and sold holiday ornaments and homemade dog biscuits. These Life Options gifts continued to be available this holiday season. However, greeting cards and hand beaded jewelry were added to our selection of holiday gifts available. Beads used for jewelry are from "green" sources including recycled glass and use of seeds, lava rock, and stone. Greeting cards are hand made by Life Options participants using their own photography and creativity.
Life Options has expanded to these products in order to be able to provide quality gifts to our customers not just through the holiday season, but year round. We can be found at the "NC Craft Gallery" in Carrboro and "Twig" in Chapel Hill. Coming soon, Life Options will have a website where orders can be sent online.
